We believe the condition of your rental car reflects the quality of our service. That's why we hold every vehicle to an uncompromising standard — not just when it's new, but at every single rental.
Deep cleaned & sanitised — interior and exterior before every handover
Fresh tyres policy — tyres replaced before they reach 4mm tread depth
Service-on-schedule — all vehicles serviced strictly to manufacturer intervals
Zero tolerance for damage — any reported damage repaired before the car re-enters the fleet
Fuel & charge ready — every car handed over full, every time
All renters must present a valid, unexpired driver's license at pickup. The name must match the reservation exactly.
International Licenses
International visitors must present their home country license along with an International Driving Permit (IDP) issued within the past 12 months. Must be in English or accompanied by a certified translation.
Additional Drivers
Must be present at pickup with a valid license. A £10/day fee applies. Unauthorized drivers void all insurance coverage.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Age
Minimum rental age is 21. Drivers 21–24 years old are subject to a Young Driver Surcharge of £25/day.
Luxury & Premium Vehicles
Luxury, sport, and premium class vehicles require renters to be at least 25 years old with 3+ years of driving experience.
Maximum Age
No maximum age restriction. Renters over 75 may need to provide a medical fitness certificate from a licensed physician.
PAYMENT POLICY
Accepted Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover accepted. Debit cards for payment only, not deposits. No cash accepted.
Security Deposit
A £200–£1,000 deposit (based on vehicle class) is held on your credit card at pickup. Released within 5–7 business days after return, provided no damage occurred.
Pricing & Rates
All rates are in USD and include standard liability insurance. Calculated per 24-hour day. Partial days billed as full days. Taxes added at checkout.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
Standard Liability (Included)
All rentals include basic third-party liability coverage meeting minimum legal requirements in the jurisdiction.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
Optional CDW reduces your financial responsibility for vehicle damage to $0. Available from £18/day. Highly recommended.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI)
Optional PAI covers medical expenses for driver and passengers. Available from £8/day. Verify if your personal health insurance already covers this.
FEES & CHARGES
Late Return Fee
Returns over 1 hour late incur a half-day charge. Over 3 hours late incurs a full additional day rate.
Cleaning Fee
Excessively dirty vehicles (smoking, pet hair, biohazard) incur a £75–£300 cleaning fee depending on severity.
Toll & Traffic Violations
All violations during the rental are the renter's responsibility. A £35 administrative processing fee applies per violation.
FUEL POLICY
Full-to-Full Policy
Vehicles are provided with a full tank. Return with a full tank. Failure results in a £1.89/litre refueling fee plus £25 service charge.
Pre-Purchase Option
Pre-purchase a full tank at £1.49/litre. Return at any fuel level with no additional refueling charges.
ACCESSORIES & ADD-ONS
GPS Navigation
Portable GPS available for £8/day. Advance reservation required. Units are limited in availability.
Child Safety Seats
Infant, toddler, and booster seats available at £10/day each. Advance booking required. All seats are certified and inspected.
Ski / Snowboard Rack
Roof-mounted ski racks available at £15/day on eligible vehicles. Available seasonally — must be requested at booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Free Cancellation
Cancellations 48+ hours before pickup receive a full refund with no penalty whatsoever.
Late Cancellation
24–48 hours before pickup: 1-day rental fee charged. Within 24 hours or no-show: 2-day rental fee charged.
Modifications
Free modifications 24+ hours before pickup, subject to availability. Within 24 hours may incur a $25 change fee.
